Cancellation Refund, & Return Policy

Cancellation

1 30 days’ notice of account cancellation is required. Such notice may be given, by email only, and will be accepted subject to written confirmation. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover any administrative costs. 

2 cancelation of account can be processed only when no shipments are in customer account and any shipments received after the account cancelation will be immediately destroyed.

Return

  1. As we only provide for an Item to be shipped from the virtual address to your Delivery Address, we shall not in any way be involved or concerned with any claim for refund, return, rebate, or exchange of any Item in the Shipment. You shall liaise and deal directly with the Seller in respect of any refund, return, rebate or exchange, and money-back guarantee policies and procedures which will be in accordance with the Merchant's policies and procedures.
  2. For exchange or return of an Item, you shall arrange to send the Item back to the Seller at your own cost. ShipYourCart may at its sole discretion but is not obliged, to advice on a service to use for exchanging or returning Items.
  3. For return of an Item to a Seller while the Item is still in the (US, Turkey, and UK) Source Country, you may arrange for the return of the Item by requesting the service of domestic return through your account and we are not accountable for the seller/receiver collections. This return will be subject to a service charge and domestic delivery cost. If the Seller provides a free domestic return, you must provide us with a return sticker. Notwithstanding any free domestic returns, you shall be responsible for all service charges. We cannot be accountable with the above-mentioned clauses, unless the seller warehouse within the same country (US, Turkey, and UK). The return request should be within the 30 days free storage, or the shipment will occur the warehousing fees per everyday past the 30 days.

Refund

  1. No refund will be offered when a service is deemed to have commenced and is, for all intents and purposes, in progress. Any amount paid to us that constitutes payment for the provision of unused Services will be refunded if the item is insured only.
  2. Any notice, request, or any other correspondence in connection with these Conditions shall be in writing and sent by email to the address specified in Website, or to any other address as earlier informed to us in writing.
  3.  Any claim for loss or damage,” delay not included”, when the shipment received in Oman must be:(a) made within three (3) days from the date of delivery; (b) in writing; (c) accompanied by the original copy of the consignment note, any supporting documents, invoices or receipts; (d)refund will be only in the form of credit In the Customer Wallet; (e) for insured shipments only; (f) refund within 30 working days; and (g) submitted to: ShipYourCart@asyadexpress.com.
  4. Any claim for loss or damage,” delay not included” for part of the shipment , when the shipment received in Oman must be:(a) made within three (3) days from the date of delivery; (b) in writing; (c) accompanied by the original copy of the consignment note, any supporting documents, invoices or receipts; and (d) refund will be only in the form of credit In the Customer Wallet; (e) for insured shipments only; (f) refund within 30 working days; and (g) added services not refunded ; (h) submitted to: ShipYourCart@asyadexpress.com.
